I went shopping on Hawthorne Street with Fawntia today. We were looking for Halloween costumes. I am apparently going to be a she-devil this Halloween. All I need now is red fishnet tights and devil horns. :) We also bought lots and lots of food to cook for today and tomorrow (Commons is closed!). I'm going to cook dinner for Jesse tomorrow when he gets back. Oh yeah, and cookies... lots and lots of cookies! :)

Here's an idea: If I get married to someone at Reed, my Expected Family Contribution will drop to zero. (Well, I guess in my case, my stock portfolio would actually bring my EFC up some, and so would any money I yield from my two jobs at Reed)... Would it work? And, more importantly, should I do it? I need some major feedback here... this could mean saving $37,000 per year! Let me add, too, that Reed guarantees 100% financial need met for students who are not freshmen/first years.

We went fishing yesterday, too. I caught a small mouth bass, but we let it go (it was too small anyway). We also went to the beach. There's lots of wood on the beach up here. Lots of wood and rocks. Whereas the Southern Californian beaches would probably not be the best date spot because of all the people, these beaches up here are quiet and romantic... and there's always a place to sit because of all the logs and such on the beach! :)
We're going back to Reed today. And so ends the weeklong fun fest of no classes and homework (minus that which we did during the break to "get ahead"). I think I shall continue to play piano, even when the workload starts to pile up again. I love music.
The Angels are down 3-2 in the series. We'll come back on Saturday. Go Anaheim!

We went bowling yesterday. I met Fawntia's friend, Kevin. I scored a 107. Yay me! I don't think I've ever scored that high... maybe once a 120... but never higher.
Today, we went fishing. It was my first time fishing, and I caught a rainbow trout... yeah yeah, it wasn't all that big, but it is a fish nonetheless! :)

Woo woo! It wasn't me! It was just the computer I was using! I do know my password!
Well, I'm at Fawntia's house in Sheridan, Oregon. I'm staying at her house during fall break; yes, we have the week off and you don't! Hehe. My Angels won Game 2 yesterday! 11 to 10! Go Angels! I miss Jesse. He's at his friend's house in Napa. I called him yesterday. I miss you Jesse! :(
Went shopping in Salem a couple days ago, and went to see Sweet Home Alabama yesterday. Today, we're studying. Yes, studying... there's way too much work next week! Tomorrow, we're going to Dallas, OR (or McMinnville?). Wednesday, we're taking the boat to the lake... and on Thursday, we're going to Lincoln City Beach. Friday, I should be back at Reed.
Well, back to studying. Have a nice non-fall-break everyone! I'll be here enjoying my week off. ;)
