I did DSC training today. Fun. I'm going to Ashley's party now, I think. Gotta call Steph first. Hmm... she's probably already over there. I'm not really a beach person... Well, I think I'll just go for a little bit. Hopefully there's gas in my car. I need to do my Calc homework! Yay! Lea Ann got a 99 on my quiz! Beat that Gary! Haha! BTW, if you want to take my quiz, the site is: http://clarisse14.friendtest.com/. Have fun! Going now.

Ikea is one heck of a store! I love it! It probably ranks up there with Office Depot and Staples and JoAnn's and Michael's! I'm tellin' you, you can get absolutely EVERYTHING at Ikea! From silverware & pots to frames & lamps! From candles & their holders to napkins and theirs. Everything. And the best part is that it's not expensive! Like $30 or so for a standing bookshelf. Anyway, go there. Tustin Marketplace. Ikea. You'll be glad you did.

I went to DSC today. Cheryl is going to get me a position as Education staff... doing what Michelle, Peter, and Lily used to do. Lily is teaching summer camp, so I'll be taking her position during the summer time... that means I'll be doing fingerprinting and cryptography at the center. (There's a mystery-criminal-solving cases type theme to this summer... I believe it's a "Whodunit" summer"). So, I'll keep posting the updates on my summer job... hopefully Janet (Yamaguchi) will let me do that. Good thing they know me over there! :)

O yeah, and when I went home, yay for me! I took the 5 North to get home. Yay me! It's so not difficult... just the one stupid transition to get TO DSC... which is easily taken care of... go by fwy everywhere except to DSC.

I just got back from seeing Lilo and Stitch, the new Disney movie that came out today. There were soo many kids at the theatre! My goodness! It was a cute movie. I cried... but then again, I cry at every Disney full-length animated feature (at least upon first viewing). I would say it was worth the $7... and definitely a lot better animation than all their cheap-O only on video movies.

I'm exhausted. I need to do my Calc hw, and I need to clean my room!!!! AAAAaaAaAA!!! And Gold Award too!!!! AAaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAa!

My camera takes timed shots... Gee, didn't know that... but Mr. McKee figured out how to use my camera... hey, there was no one else to take the picture this morning! BTW, I have my Choir CD... where's my Band DVD?! Did I mention that we _FINALLY_ got a DVD player!? Fun!

What else did I do today? I went to Steph's house to get her to sign my yearbook... Haha... parking tickets for sweeping days are $24... don't ask me how I know...

Well, after that, I went to the library to pick up more copies of the Anaheim Bulletin. Guess who made the front page?! Me! Yesirree Bob, my pic on the front page of the Anah Bulletin! :)

ROP, we played games. It was fun. I want to go to Casa Colina! It looks so fun! I also want to go to Scherman, but we all know how much time I have for all this stuff!

I went to Calc class again tonight... Calculus is SOOOOO Incredibly fun!!!! I love math!!!! :)))) John thinks my whole math law thing will work out... he said his counselor said it'd actually would work out fine because mathematicians will take a couple laws and stretch and bend the numbers to make things work... just like lawyers... so, I may do just that... though I have been thinking about what Kunal said... I could be a math professor... just I wouldn't like teaching Calculus... I'd want to teach a higher mathematics... Yeah. Anyway, John also suggested that I maybe look into doing Math and Econ simultaneously. I like Econ... EFL was interesting and fun last year... I loved it too... But Math definitely.

Gee, it's late. I have a doctor blood test thing tomorrow morning. Then, Murph's; then, I'm going to Cynthia's house... then, I'm going to DSC... then, to Karissa's party, and still yet... tomorrow night is CANASTA NIGHT!

Okay... Green doesn't always mean go... Apparently, the signals in East Anaheim/Orange have right turn signals... I thought that was the actual light... this was coming home from Calc class tonight... haha... that was actually the right turn light! Well, good thing that area is completely barren! I'll have to be more careful with what _kind_ of light turns green...

On the plus side for today, I drove on the fwy by myself... No, I didn't tell my dad... he'd probably be freaked out that I did such a thing... Well, I figure that the East part of Katella (Santiago Canyon Rd) has a speed limit of 50, and I drive 55 or even 60 on it sometimes... so, that's basically the fwy speed... so, I'm actually okay on the fwy... it's easy to drive on the fwy, as long as there are no weird transitions like the one to get off at DSC.

What else did I do today? O yeah, our Lunch Bunch met together... we sorted pictures for our Ya Ya scrapbook... then we went to Current and Target to get scrapbooking supplies. Had a lot of fun. We also revisited Mantas! Yay us! More scrapbooking to come on Friday.

I went to Alana Finley's graduation. OMG it was sooo hot! And crowded! The lei I bought her was almost melting (which is hard to do, considering the lei was made of real orchids!). I love orchids. They're pretty. (They're also stinkin' expensive!!! $16 for a single orchid lei!!!). Anyway, it took me a couple rounds to find her afterward... plus with the added obstacle of her new appearance w/ the hair cut... Grrr... well, the fact is I found her and we took our pictures.

I then proceeded to go to Calc class. I spent 10 minutes in my car in the lot, finishing my homework, then I went to register for class. $62.50. For one class! (well, and parking). We're learning limits right now. Actually, as of today, we're on Epsilon and Delta of the limit... I love math! (seriously, I'm not joking).

I'm home now... tomorrow, brunch w/ Dr. C, Amy, John, and Scott. Fun. Also... need to pick up choir CD and need to go to ROP class. I should start gathering things for my gold award. If anyone knows where I can get some free wood, that'd be great! Or free canvas? Or maybe even free paint? What I really need is time!!!! :)

Okay, it's Santiago Canyon College... Rancho Santiago is the District... Anyway... I'm in the class! Woo hoo! The Prof, after looking at my placement scores, told me that she could get me into the 185 class (as opposed to the 180 class)... but it was then that I explained my situation with the second semester Calculus thing.

Well, tomorrow is Alana's graduation... Katia and Karina and LeaAnn are coming over the work on our Ya Ya scrapbook, and I'm still cleaning! Hey, good news... my door opens all the way! Yay!

By the way, last night, I went to my first "college" class at Rancho Santiago. Yeah, I'm still on the waiting list. Grr... It was just like a high school class, only there were more people and there was less audience participation. The room was similar, and the prof was dressed about as casually as Mr. Higger dresses for our Saturday review sessions. I guess we learned more. At least, we learned more in that one session than I learned in an entire year of Ms. Carlson's bio class! Haha. Well, off to ROP. :)

Time goes by way too fast. It seems as if days don't last long enough. I wake up, go somewhere, then go to class, then go home, then go to class again, and get home at 10 at night! Where has the time gone?!

We took my parents out to see Star Wars tonight as a Father's Day celebration. Of course, after a nice dinner at Tony Roma's. Adrian Garcia works at the bookstore at Orangefair mall. What a coincidence that we happened to stop by there today! I bought Homer's Illiad while we were there. Tomorrow or the next day, I think I shall go to Murph's to pick up the rest of the Reed Hum 110 reading list.

Also today, I went to Shannon and Amanda's graduation party. They'll graduate from GGHS on Wednesday. Too bad I'll be at Foothill High's graduation that day. (Oh my goodness, flower leis are expensive! $16 for a single orchid lei! Just imagine how much a double orchid would be!) I saw Frieda there at the party... from Red Cross. Cynthia was also there. I'm sure more scouts showed up later, but I left early.

What else? Oh yeah, the cleaning fest continues. My desk is almost half-way decent. :)

There are way too many graduation parties this summer! Yikes! I don't think I've been to this many parties in my life! :)
