Last night, we made dumplings (the way my mom makes dumplings. Bobby came over for dinner, too, and my Prospie (Rebecca) also joined us. It was pretty fun. Afterward, Candy, Fawntia and I went walking at the Rhody Gardens (yes, it was closed and dark, but it was adventurous, too). Today, I went to a meeting with Gale and Pat to plan our Josh Meet and Greet. Then, when I got back, Beth, Jenn and I spent two hours looking for the score to Beethoven's 12th Piano Sonata, Opus 26. After that, Candy, Fawntia, Helina, and I went to the gym to exercise -- we went on all sorts of new weight machines. Then, we took showers, and headed for dinner. Then, to Prexy to practice piano/flute, and then to a dance performance called "Works." I am definitely not entralled by dance performances -- much like I was not entralled by the opera performace. I think I'll stick with choral and orchestral ensembles.

I spoke at an academic panel this morning for high school counselors. I sure hope they can get a feel for the "Reedie" lifestyle from such a short visit. This week is RAD - Reed Activity Days. Admitted students visit to see if Reed is the right "fit" for them. I get to host three Prospies Wednesday and Thursday. Tomorrow is "corporate dress up day." The whole campus is going to dress up in business attire for the day (mostly to scare the Prospies). Haha.

I went to the Spring Formal this evening with Bobby. Well, more like with a bunch of my friends: Fawntia, Candy, Helina, and Melinda. We all got sort of split up -- Min left early, and Helina disappeared. I wore my red prom dress... someone spilled beer on it. I'm upset now. Grrr. I didn't dance with Bobby at all -- he ended up dancing with so many other people -- oh well, that's life for ya. Fawntia danced with Dan Millionnaire. Here's a picture of him:
